Teaching Methods and Delivery

Students will be introduced to the basic principles of educational psychology and the different ways people learn as well as several different teaching methods.  Insights gained will be compared with biblical principles to help students formulate their own biblical theology of teaching and learning and help them choose the best methods to use in a particular learning situation.

This is a directed study course: the instructor will develop the course of study with the student including instruction, related experiential activities and assessment of learning outcomes for this course. Students will take this course at a distance but are welcome to join the class via videoconference (i.e., Skype or FaceTime).  Face-to-face interaction with the instructor is also encouraged.
