Pre-Marriage & Marriage

In this course, we will look at a theology of marriage & family and the history of what was taught to the youth and children in the church. This course will explore the important principles of pre-marriage and marriage ministries. Students will learn some practical ideas for creating and developing a pre-marriage and marriage program within the church. Students will spend some time addressing issues concerning the building of strong marriages. This course is offered in May as a one-week modular course.

This is a directed study course: the instructor will develop the course of study with the student including instruction, related experiential activities, and assessment of learning outcomes for this course. Students will take this course at a distance but are welcome to join the class via video conference (i.e., Skype or FaceTime).  Face-to-face interaction with the instructor is also encouraged.
